Terms of service

Turnaround time: 24-48 hour payment processing time. Wigs ship in 14-21 business days in the U.S. 14-30 business days international. No Rush service is available. Please order in advance to avoid delays.

Please keep in mind you are creating a custom wig unit. The wig is constructed to your liking. There will be no refunds or exchanges after wig purchase is made.

There will be a 24 hour time frame that will be allowed for any cancellation of a custom wig construction. After 24 hours from purchase, you will be responsible to pay 50$ to cancel your wig unit construction.

Keep in mind with MPT's custom colored unit remakes, the color may not match the original unit 100% but we will strive to get it as close to the original as possible!
