Shipping policy

After payment, you will receive a confirmation email. Processing takes up to 5 business days and once your order is ready to ship, you will receive your tracking number via email. After processing, our standard shipping takes 3-5 business days through USPS and international takes 7-10 business days.

Keep in mind, our business days are Monday - Friday before 5pm. Saturday and Sunday are considered non-business days. If a holiday falls on one of our business days, it will be considered a non-business day.

Once packages are dropped off at the post office, we no longer have control over the package. Therefore, My Precious Touch is not responsible for any lost/damaged packages. Once you receive your tracking number, for further details please contact the mail carrier.

Turnaround time for custom units: Please allow 24-48 hour payment processing time. Wigs ship in 14-21 business days in the U.S. 14-30 business days international. No Rush service is available. Please order in advance to avoid delays.
