ALL SALES ARE FINAL! No refunds or exchanges are allowed. Human hair extensions are considered a hygienic product. Therefore, we do not offer returns or exchanges. We will try to accommodate any reasonable request prior to the order shipping. Please send your request to myyprecioustouch@gmail.com

There will be a 24 hour time frame that will be allowed for any cancellation of a custom wig construction. After 24 hours from purchase, you will be responsible to pay 50$ to cancel your wig unit construction.
